Central Electric Power Cooperative made a financial donation to the Special Learning Center the week before Christmas.

Chris Turner, chief executive officer, said the cooperative presented the Special Learning Center with a $22,000 check.  The contribution was raised by cooperative employees and combined with some additional corporate donations.

“The Special Learning Center provides a wonderful service to Jefferson City and the surrounding communities," said Turner. “We are honored to be able to provide financial assistance to them for the continued development of their programs.”
