Central Electric Power Cooperative's employees have been busy once again making contributions to the community.
On December 20th Chris Turner, CEO/General Manager, and staff presented the Central Missouri Foster Care and Adoption Association with a check in the amount of $1,700. The money was raised through a raffle held at Central's recent employee Christmas party. Employees also donated clothing, diaper and other essential items needed by foster care and adoption families.
The Central Missouri Foster Care and Adoption Association is a community service organization that provides for the needs of foster, adoptive, kinship and guardianship youth and families. (2016)
