Central Electric Power Cooperative made a financial contribution to the Special Learning Center the week before Christmas.

Don Shaw, chief executive officer, said the cooperative presented the Special Learning Center with a $9,284.50 check.  The contribution was raised by cooperative employees and combined with some corporate donations.

“It’s really a great service they provide,” Shaw said. “We feel privileged to be able to help them.” (2013)
